About

My roots in dog breeding started in 1976 when my parents gave me my first show dog. That was CH Tuyak’s Little Thunderstorm “Stormy”. Stormy was bred by Norma & Ed Altman. She put me on the path to loving the Alaskan Malamute and the passion of the show ring. In 1989 I got my next show dog CH Veebee’s Gypsy Ruffles ROM “Wendy”. Wendy produced a number of Champions.
In 1994 I had to quit showing and breeding, however, my love for the breed and the show ring never ended. In 2003 I got my next show dog. This is CH. Wild Wind’s Gunnen For Glory “Sassy”. Sassy is the princess of the house. She will be bred next time she comes in season and her stud is yet to be determined.
In 2005 along came Hailey, CH Wild Wind’s Shooting Star. Hailey started off her show career with a bang. At 6 months old going winners bitch and Best Opposite Sex over a special. She is now a Champion. Hailey has retired and is in a wonderful pet home. She spends her time being the princess of the house and is wonderfully spoiled.
In 2005 I also started developing web sites for breeders. I worked on my own site and was then approached by a number of friends to set up web sites for them. I’m taking on additional clients at this time.
In 2006 we produced our first litter in 13 years. From that litter came FireStorm’s Kiss This “Gabby” who has finished her last major to win her championship. There are 2 other puppies in the litter that are also champions; Firestorm’s Trickster of Fenir “Loki”, and Firestorm’s Commander Cheif “Halo”.
In 2007 we added Kenia N’ Firestorm’s Southrn’ Man “Dylan” to our home. Dylan is yet to start his show career but when he does we are sure it will be with a bang. Watch for Dylan in 2008.
